We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer Team Leader to oversee a team of engineers delivering high-quality HVAC services across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Lead, supervise, and support a team of Air Conditioning Engineers on-site and in the field
Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC systems
Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and manage project timelines efficiently
Maintain strong client relationships across commercial and industrial sectors
Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-term solutions
Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or HVAC Engineer
Strong knowledge of cooling, heating, and ventilation systems
F-Gas certification (essential)
Full UK driving licence
