Our client a superb Leicester based organisation are looking to appoint a Full Time Permanent Finance Assistant to their small friendly team, they have a great history of staff progression, so who knows what the future may hold for the successful candidate.
Your Role:
As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing and reconciling financial transactions.
* Assisting with payroll and financial administration.
* Preparing financial reports and supporting schedules.
* Liaising between nurseries and HQ on financial matters.
* Using nursery software and Sage for data management.
Requirements:
* Experience in an accounts department.
* Proficiency in accounting software, such as Sage.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A-Level equivalent education (Part Qualified or AAT desirable).
