As aCommercial Executive, you will manage the day-to-day operations of key customer accounts, ensuring smooth logistics, service delivery, and strong communication across internal teams. You will also take ownership of reporting functions, product administration, and wider commercial support to help identify opportunities and contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
1. Act as the first point of contact for key customer accounts.
2. Manage relationships across Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, and Buying teams.
3. Oversee day-to-day customer operations, transactions, and issue resolution.
4. Identify opportunities to grow and improve customer accounts.
Reporting & Analysis
5. Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are generated accurately and on time.
6. Manage ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders.
7. Guarantee 100% accuracy across reporting functions.
Product & Commercial Administration
8. Manage Customer New Line Forms (NLF) and commercial enquiries.
9. Handle product specifications and tender documentation requests.
10. Provide project and administrative support on new tenders.
Team & Business Support
11. Deliver ad-hoc administrative support to the Commercial team.
12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
13. Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.
Skills & Experience

18. Previous experience in commercial, account management, or sales support roles desirable.
