Lecturer – Wellbeing & Psychology
Location: Kingston upon Thames, Greater London
Salary: £39,678 – £47,736 per annum, plus up to 53 days +
Contract: Permanent

Post is funded for the 2026/27 academic year onwards; appointment not expected prior to August 2026.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Deliver scheduled training, assessment, evaluation and pastoral support in Access, Mental Health and Wellbeing curriculum.
* Provide feedback, assess students' work and practitioner skills, mentor and motivate learners.
* Support the development of participants aged 16‑18 and adults returning to education.
* Monitor and record student progress and maintain accurate records.
* Adapt quickly to college IT systems; use Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
Qualifications and Experience
* Professional qualification in Psychology, Mental Health or Social Science (minimum Level 6 Diploma or Honours Degree). Teaching qualification required or willing to work towards.
* Experience teaching both 16‑18-year-olds and 19+ adults.
* Creative, resourceful, effective educator capable of conveying knowledge and delivering effective feedback.
