The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious client, Burnley FC. If this sounds like you, and you’re willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support you’ll need to succeed. Location: Turf Moor - Home of Burnley FC (BB10 4BX)
Pay: £14 per hour
Hours: Working on a casual basis on match/event days with flexibility around your commitments. Candidates should be able to work at least 75% of fixtures, including a minimum of 20 home games per season. Football and events take place evenings and weekends only.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Providing general guidance to the public
* Conducting person and bag searches
* Supporting the stadium to adhere to licensing conditions and safety certificates
* Directing spectators and monitoring crowds
* Responding to security or crowd management issues
Is this you
* Five years of checkable work and address history
* Reliable, punctual, flexible, and well-presented
* Friendly, approachable, and professional
* Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
* Experience in events or customer care roles (desirable)
* Able to interact positively with clients and customers
* Level 2 certificate in Spectator Safety or willingness to obtain it (training funded if hired)
* Willing to work at other Carlisle Events venues across the region (desirable)
Successful candidates will need to provide original documentation for screening, such as passport, driving licence, recent utility bill, HMRC letter, bank statement, payslip, birth certificate, or share code.
