We have a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Gatwick Coach Station. The shifts for this onsite position will be 38 hours, split into 12-hour shifts. Shifts will be 3 on, 3 off, alternating between 06:50 - 18:15 and 08:35 - 20:00.
The Customer Service Advisor role will place you in the heart of a busy transport environment, selling tickets on-site at London Victoria, answering customer queries, guiding them to their destinations, and ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained.
Successful applicants will be invited to attend an onsite interview on Monday, 1st September.
Responsibilities include:
1. Consistently delivering excellent customer service, proactively ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Communicating information effectively and accurately to customers and liaising with colleagues regarding service updates and disruptions.
3. Proactively seeking opportunities to up-sell National Express services and products.
4. Providing support and assistance to customers, colleagues, and driver teams.
5. Being fully competent in using relevant ticketing and operational systems, processes, and procedures.
6. Assisting in training and developing peers, promoting DOH rules, and maintaining a safe working environment.
7. Adhering to established safe working processes at all times.
8. Promoting a cohesive, empowered, and engaged working environment.
