The Role:
* Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates
* Building and managing candidate relationships
* Supporting senior team members on active mandates
* Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
* Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
* Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
The Requirements:
* A recent or soon-to-be graduate with strong communication skills
