What You'll Be Doing
* Implement and uphold Kerry's QSHE policies and standards on-site.
* Develop and maintain compliance with engineering statutory requirements.
* Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment and processes.
* Oversee site engineering activities, including capital planning and maintenance programs.
* Execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
* Support the engineering team in resolving issues and implementing modifications.
* Manage the site engineering budget effectively.
* Monitor and control predefined KPI targets.
* Update and develop site-specific engineering standards and SOPs.
* Recruit and build a strong, engaged engineering team.
* Align career development goals with organizational objectives.
What You Can Bring to the Role
* Proven leadership experience in a large-scale process industry, preferably food or beverage.
* Relevant qualifications in Process, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and employee engagement abilities.
* Practical application of engineering principles.
* Team leadership and development expertise.
* Solid business knowledge and ability to interface with manufacturing organizations.
