As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing a small finance team, overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience within Purchase Ledger is ideal, we are open to candidates who have supervisory experience within any finance function. What matters most is your leadership skills and a solid understanding of finance operations. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and mentor a team of finance staff, ensuring efficient processing of purchase ledger transactions. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, and payments. * Oversee the reconciliation of supplier accounts and resolution of discrepancies. * Assist with month-end and year-end processes, including the preparation of reports and reconciliations. * Manage team performance, including conducting appraisals and providing training when needed. * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any purchase ledger-related queries or issues. * Assist with internal and external audits.
