As we continue to expand our footprint in Europe, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support the growth of the Grenade brand across various European markets. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your emerging expertise in category management, market analysis, trade activation, and relationship-building skills to help grow the brand in these markets. In this role, you will also partner closely with local distribution partners, driving joint success for all involved. How You Will Contribute Sales & Revenue Growth Support: ?Contribute to sales and revenue growth initiatives in each market byassistinginestablishingand maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and e-commerce partners. Support the implementation of sales strategies andassistin achieving growth targets through strategic pricing, promotions, and product availability. Collaborate with local teams toidentifyand support joint sales opportunities andalign ondistribution expansion plans. Collaboration with Distribution Partners: ?Support the development of strong, collaborative partnerships with local distribution teams. Work alongside them to ensure alignment on businessobjectives, sales strategies, and execution plans.Assistin providing support to relevant teams to help achieve Grenade's growthobjectivesin each market. Learn toleverageinternal and externalexpertiseand resources to achieve mutual business goals. New Market Exploration: ?Assistin assessing future market expansion opportunities andsupportthe implementation of favorable route-to-market strategies. Category Management & Strategic Analysis Contribution: ?Assist in category development activities for each market. Contribute to category analysis toidentifygrowth opportunities, support product placement optimization, and ensure Grenade's portfolio aligns with market demand and retailer priorities. Work with local partners to support the development of category-specific plans that drive mutual growth and increase Grenade's market share. Market & Competitive Analysis: ?Continuouslymonitormarket trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the health and nutrition sector.Assistin gathering and analyzing insights to contribute to actionable strategies, stay aware of competitive threats, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Leverage data to support product offerings and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with local teams to share market insights. Trade Activation & Product Visibility: ?Support trade activation initiatives andassistin ensuring Grenade's products are highly visible across key retail channels in each market. Contribute to the development and implementation of localized trade strategies to improve product placement and visibility in stores. Collaborate with the local team to supportoptimalexecution and alignment with retailer priorities. New Product Development (NPD) & Launches Support: ?Support the development and market launch of new products in each region. Work cross-functionally with internal product and operational teams to help ensure new product offerings meet localconsumer needs, retailer requirements, and competitive dynamics.Assistin managing the project process from concept to execution, following internal ways of working to ensure successful product introductions. P&L Contribution: ?Contribute to the financial performance of Grenade's operations in each assigned market.Assistin tracking financial performance,identifyingareas to improve profitability, and supporting budget adherence. Work alongside local teams to help achieve financialtargets. What You Will Bring Experience: ?Proven experience in business development, account management, or similar roles within consumer goods. Category Management Understanding: ?Understanding of category management principles, with the ability to use data and insights to support product strategies and brand presence optimization across retail channels. Market & Competitor Insight: ?Good analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market and competitive analysis. Experience in contributing to the use of market intelligence to inform strategic decisions andidentifygrowth opportunities. Sales & Distribution Focus: ?Demonstratedability to support sales growth andassistin managing relationships with distributorsand/orretailers. Collaboration & Organisation : ?Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and support project initiatives.Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Financial Acumen: ?Understanding ofP&L components and financial metrics, with the ability to contribute to profitable growth initiatives. Communication Skills: ?Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders both internally and externally. Fluency in English isrequired, whileproficiencyin another European language is a desired but not essential. Relocation Support Available?
