Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Fundraising Manager to identify and maximise opportunities to raise funds from grant making bodies and charitable trusts. To develop and implement a fundraising strategy and research and apply for grants in line with the strategy. The post holder will ensure that all grant applications are monitored and administered correctly.
Responsibilities
* Identify and maximise fundraising opportunities from grant making bodies and charitable trusts.
* Develop and implement a fundraising strategy.
* Research and apply for grants in line with the strategy.
* Monitor and administer all grant applications to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in fundraising, grant writing and sponsorship development (national level desirable).
* Understanding of arts funding and charity sector regulations.
* Understanding of fundraising principles and practice.
* Confident and persuasive communicator with good attention to detail.
* Ability to manage a varied and complex workload prioritising competing demands.
* Competence in the use of IT tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Details
* Hours: 18 hours per week (Hybrid working).
* Salary: NJC scale 4/5 scp 7-17 (£13.69 per hour - £16.08 per hour).
* Closing Date: 4 September 2025; Interview date for shortlisted applicants on 9 September 2025.
