We are working with a leading 5★ housebuilder who are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple traditional build residential schemes across Surrey and Kent.

About the role
As Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality homes, managing programmes, driving performance, and supporting site teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manage several live sites simultaneously, overseeing site managers and their teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Lead on health & safety compliance and promote best practice across all sites.
* Liaise with commercial, technical, and sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor build programmes and report progress to the Construction Director.
* Develop and mentor site staff to build strong, motivated teams.
About you
* Proven track record as a Contracts Manager with a volume housebuilder.
* Strong background in volume residential traditional build.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.
* Committed to delivering quality and driving continuous improvement.
