As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead, you will support staff teams to create environments where our young people can thrive. Our teams are fulfilled by making small positive changes, celebrating the little things.

Get out what you put in

You will assist in developing, organizing, and delivering a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approach, enabling children to develop skills for a better quality of life. Co-production with children and families will be essential to identify support needs and develop individual plans.

As a practice leader, you will ensure staff benefit from person-centred PBS training, good practice role modeling, and coaching on individual plans.

What we do for you

We offer competitive salary and benefits, including:

* Training: Full induction and on-the-job training
* Holiday: 10 weeks annual leave (during school holidays)
* Progression: Opportunities for professional development
* Flexible benefits: Options to adjust benefits like life insurance
* Wellbeing: Tools and employee assistance programs
* Medical cover: Reimbursements for health appointments and discounts
* Facilities: Modern working environments
* Referral bonus: £1,000 per successful referral
* Pension: Contributory scheme with up to 5% matching

Our workforce values diversity, reflecting the backgrounds of our young people. We seek candidates with:

* At least three years supporting individuals with SEN
* Deep knowledge of PBS
* Understanding of behaviour support plans and risk assessments
* Experience in training delivery
* Partnership working with young people and families
* Ability to support understanding of behaviours and proactive strategies
