As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead, you will support staff teams to create environments where our young people can thrive. You will assist in developing, organizing, and delivering a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approach, enabling children to develop skills for a better quality of life. Co-production with children and families will be essential to identify support needs and develop individual plans.
As a practice leader, you will ensure staff benefit from person-centred PBS training, good practice role modeling, and coaching on individual plans.
