Senior Acoustic Engineer | South UK | Hybrid

We're looking for someone who understands acoustics beyond theory, someone who can own performance, challenge standards, and drive continuous improvement across complex electromechanical products.
You'll be:
• Leading acoustic performance and validation
• Working closely with production to improve quality and consistency
• Supporting new designs into manufacture
• Investigating and solving real-world performance challenges
You'll bring:
Strong grounding in acoustics / signal processing / transducers
Experience analysing test data and driving improvements
A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
