Do you have experience of working in a 1st line support or technician role? With knowledge of Service Desk processes and ticket handling? If so, this could be the role for you! As the IT Operations Support Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical matters. You’ll be responsible for analysing incidents and requests and bringing them to resolution. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll support the deployment and maintenance of devices and applications, liaise with internal colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that services are being delivered effectively and efficiently and contribute to the creation and ongoing updates to procedural, knowledge base and technical documentation.
