Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging maths lessons to KS3 and KS5 students.
* Develop a curriculum that fosters logical thinking, creativity, and real-world applications of mathematics.
* Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to support their academic growth.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for mathematics.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental development.
Qualifications and Experience
* A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
* Proven experience teaching maths at secondary school level is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of maths theory and practical problem-solving techniques.
