Organisation skills. Able to use a tablet/ computer knowledge. Knowledge of heath and safety on construction sites - qualification. Experience in groundworks, building contracts and working with client production teams. Desired if groundworks in residential new build. Able to resource programme planning and tender review. Able to review monthly Cost Value reports. Able to identify anf resolve problems promptly. Reliable and diplomatic, clean driving licence, self-motivated. This is a full time role based in Cambridge office. Managing several sites across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex.
