A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to join a highly reputable hospital based in North Bristol. The hospital is the regional major trauma centre and internationally recognised centre of excellence in a range of services and major specialities. The hospital is modern, vibrant and boasts outstanding facilities alongside state-of-the-art technologies. This is an exciting time for a motivated Theatre Nurse / ODP to join their friendly and enthusiastic team. We are looking for Theatre Nurses/ ODP’s to work across the following specialisms;
1. Scrub
2. Anaesthetics
3. Recovery
4. Emergency/Vascular Theatres
5. Neurospinal Theatres
6. Urology Scrub
Who we’re looking for
7. Be NMC/ HCPC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
8. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
9. At least 6 months theatre experience
10. Evidence of ongoing professional development
11. Sound knowledge of the guidelines set out in the NMC / HCPC code of professional conduct and current perioperative issues
12. Strong communication skills
