We are now looking for an Engagement & Guest Experience Manager who is passionate about luxury hospitality and excited to be part of our journey as we continue to grow and elevate our offering. This is a highly dynamic role where no two days are the same.
The Role
As Engagement & Guest Experience Manager, you will:
* Lead the Front of House and Housekeeping teams, ensuring the delivery of seamless, 5-star guest experiences.
* Take ownership of the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring all touchpoints reflect our brand values and standards.
* Act as a brand ambassador, driving guest engagement and ensuring both corporate and leisure visitors experience the property in a way that aligns with the LVMH brand.
* Oversee the planning and delivery of exclusive use events for leisure guests, as well as corporate visits and brand activations.
* Collaborate with the House Manager and Sales & Finance Manager to meet revenue targets and control costs.
* Coach, train, and develop the FOH and Housekeeping teams to continually elevate service delivery and guest satisfaction.
