The Package: * Up to £29,000 basic salary per annum (D.O.E) OTE up to £35,000 * Discretionary company bonus * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) * 25 days annual leave bank holidays * Regular team social events * Excellent opportunities for progression * Pension scheme The Residential Sales Negotiator role: * Work towards targets, drive performance and exceed expectations * Handle enquiries from vendors and purchasers, providing knowledgeable and attentive assistance * Actively seek valuation opportunities and follow the necessary processes to secure appointments * Book viewings in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner, ensuring all relevant information is effectively communicated * Generate new business leads and actively prospect for potential clients * Manage the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties involved * Negotiate offers to maximise outcomes for clients * Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and procedures * Keep vendors updated on the progress of their property listings * Gather and provide feedback from property viewings to enhance customer service The Person: * Residential sales experience (essential) * Articulate, confident, and personable, with excellent communication abilities * Target-driven mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed goals * Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively * Experience in exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
