This is a long-term, full-time, permanent position starting in September, with full teaching responsibilities.
Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher:
1. Plan and deliver engaging core subject lessons aligned with the curriculum.
2. Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment to promote student engagement and critical thinking.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster a love for learning.
4. Design lesson plans suitable for students with varying needs.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
2. Teaching certification or QTS.
3. Proficiency with the secondary curriculum and effective teaching techniques.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for teaching and motivating students.
6. Experience or interest in working within an SEN setting.
