What you’ll be doing… As a Venue Bars and Kiosk Manager, you'll lead these key areas of the stadium and help deliver an unforgettable experience for every supporter who walks through the gates. Managing the day-to-day operations of kiosks, and bars across Easter Road Leading, motivating and developing the team on matchdays and non-event days Overseeing stock management, ordering and merchandising to maximise sales Ensuring top-tier customer service and smooth, efficient operations Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and food hygiene Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to deliver brilliant fan experiences Using performance data and insights to continuously improve operations Working Pattern: 5 Out of 7 Days | 37.5 Hours Per Week Job ID: 4714 What can you bring?
