This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, a passion for cybersecurity, and for optimising systems through automation. You’ll play a key part in supporting internal users, managing infrastructure across remote and hybrid environments, and ensuring robust network and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Provide support and administration across the Microsoft 365 and Azure stack Assist with AWS environments, VPN configurations, and cloud integrations Maintain and troubleshoot digital and software-based phone systems Implement and uphold cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus, malware protection, and user training Deliver responsive internal end-user support across hardware, software and network issues Identify and propose automation opportunities within IT systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead Manage and support UniFi network equipment and configurations Ensure reliable backup and data storage processes, aligned with industry best practices Oversee infrastructure for remote and hybrid workers, ensuring connectivity and security Support asset management and logging for IT inventory and systems Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience of O365 & Microsoft Azure stack Familiarity with AWS, VPNs Familiarity with digital & software-based phone systems Strong cybersecurity awareness and best practice knowledge Basic AWS experience preferred but not essential Sharepoint experience preferred but not essential Strong team collaboration and communication skills Friendly, approachable demeanour with customer-first mindset Flexibility and dependability when network-level issues arise Benefits Competitive salary 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days' with length of service Attendance bonus scheme Health benefits scheme Life assurance Charity volunteering opportunities Free onsite parking Full training and progression plan Social gatherings Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Go Green Ltd is committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and harmonious work environment that values and supports all individuals.
