Rowley Hall Primary School,

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Rowley Hall Primary School part of the Elliot Foundation Academy for a Learning Support Practitioner LSP Level 3 with strong behaviour management experience. We have recently joined The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, this is a successful multi-academy trust specialising in the primary sector. We are building a thriving community of primary schools, that succeeds on behalf of its children and communities. We currently have three clusters of schools in the West Midlands, London and East Anglia which serve approximately 10,000 children and are supported by central and regional teams. The Elliot Foundations recent Ofsted report praised us as a ‘wholeheartedly inclusive’. ‘Deliberately non-hierarchical’, reflective and open minded’ academy trust. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge and experience of Behaviour management, to support our pupils needs. Predominately supporting a small number of vulnerable children who are class room based, as well general class room support. You will be working alongside and taking direction from the class teacher and the schools SENCO. You will supporting the children’s learning, this includes Phonics/English and Maths. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone who has a high level of experience of working with pupils of all abilities. We are looking for someone with a calm disposition, a positive outlook who has a fair but firm approach and a good understanding and knowledge of working with pupils from Nursery to Year 6.

Hours: 32.5 hours 8.30am – 3.30pm with ½ hour lunch

Grade: Grade D 9 – 17 (FTE £27,255 - £31,022) Pro Rata Salary / Actual £20651.88 - £23715.28
