Role Overview

As
Head of Marketing

for the Verto Group, you will lead strategy, brand, and growth across all companies in the group. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, reporting into the senior leadership team, with direct ownership of brand building, lead generation, digital marketing, and customer experience.

You'll manage a growing in-house team of digital marketers, designers, and specialists, and act as the key strategic bridge between the creative, commercial, and operational sides of the business. You'll set direction, drive outcomes, and lead execution across channels and platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Growth

* Set the overall marketing strategy for the Verto Group and each individual brand

* Create brand-specific growth plans with aligned KPIs and budgets

* Lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, campaigns, and developments

* Own the customer acquisition and retention strategy across all business units

Team Leadership

* Build and lead a high-performing marketing team covering paid media, SEO, CRM, design, and content

* Provide mentorship, guidance, and regular performance reviews

* Manage external freelancers and agency partnerships

Brand Development

* Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and storytelling across all channels

* Build positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate each brand

* Drive content marketing, PR, and owned media presence

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align marketing with wider business goals

* Feed customer and market insights into product development

* Present strategy, performance, and recommendations to the board

What You Bring

* 7+ years of experience in senior marketing roles (agency or in-house)

* Proven success leading growth-focused marketing teams across multiple brands

* Strong grasp of digital channels, campaign strategy, and brand building

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Highly data literate — able to set KPIs, build dashboards, and optimise performance

* Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think across commercial and creative domains

* Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and positive impact

Benefits

Type:
Full time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Alternatively, we operate flexible working hours between 7am and 6pm e.g. 7am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm etc.

Salary and Benefits:
