Your new role
As a Locum Social Worker within the Permanence Team, you will manage a caseload of children with plans for long-term fostering, adoption, or special guardianship. Your responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking assessments and developing care plans
* Preparing reports for court proceedings and permanency panels
* Liaising with foster carers, adopters, and multi-agency professionals
* Ensuring each child's voice is heard and their needs are met throughout their journey to permanence
