Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Prepare and format legal documents, reports, and presentations.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist with file management, including filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
* Support team projects and initiatives within the secretarial and business support department.
Qualifications
* Strong background in administrative or secretarial roles, ideally within the FMCG industry.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
