A sector-leading technology business providing SaaS products in the B2B sector to customers across the UK and Europe is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Software Development to lead their growing development team and drive the technical execution of their ambitious product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and mentor front-end and back-end development teams.
* Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
* Champion Agile methodologies and optimize development processes.

* Practical experience with test automation tools and integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
