They're now looking to grow their Cardiff-based team with the addition of a talented Senior Town Planner.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver a variety of planning projects, including site appraisals, planning applications, and appeals
* Provide expert planning advice to a diverse client base including developers, landowners, local authorities, and investors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Support and mentor junior members of the team
* Engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the regional planning offer
About You:
* MRTPI qualified, with several years' experience in a consultancy or local authority environment
* Confident working on complex planning applications and managing clients directly
* Strong knowledge of Welsh and UK planning policy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ambitious, collaborative, and commercially minded
