Technical Installer
Are you hands on, practical, and looking for a career where every day is different? We’re looking for a Technical Installer to join our friendly West Bromwich team.
You’ll be out on the road, visiting multiple customer sites to install, service and maintain our market leading washroom products that improve hygiene and sustainability, including air-care solutions (air purifiers, fragrance systems) and water-control products (flow savers, flush controls, and water-saving devices).
This role is ideal if you have basic plumbing skills, enjoy problem-solving, and want a stable, long-term career in a growing business.
What you’ll do
1. Install, service and maintain a range of washroom and water management products including:
Air Care
2. Air freshener systems
3. Air purifiers
Water Control
4. Flow savers.
5. Other water-saving devices
Work independently at customer sites while representing phs with professionalism.
6. Manage your own van stock and equipment to deliver first-time fixes.
7. Deliver excellent customer service, keeping customers updated and happy.
8. Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
What we’re looking for
9. Basic plumbing skills and confidence with hand/power tools.
10. A problem-solver with good time management skills.
11. Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for work.
12. Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, no more than 6 penalty points
13. A satisfactory DBS check.
14. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
