For this position, they are ideally looking for an experienced Branch Manager but they would be open to an experienced Sales Manager looking for the next step in their career.
Our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager:
1. £22,000 – £25,000 basic
2. £50,000 OTE
3. Company car or car allowance
4. Career progression
Working hours of a Branch Manager:
5. Monday to Friday
6. Alternate Saturdays
Branch Manager requirements:
7. Current Branch Manager or experienced Sales Manager
8. Ability to motivate and develop the Branch and its team
9. Highly organized and able to manage workload
10. Driven and hungry for success
11. Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
12. Managing the Branch Team
13. Setting KPI’s for the team
14. Undertaking team meetings
15. Help grow the business.
16. Carrying out market appraisals
17. Reporting back to the area Managers
