Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking three experienced Senior Residential Practitioners for a temporary assignment with Leeds City Council to be based at a residential home in Bramley. The role involves working shift patterns as below: * 12:00pm – 11:00pm (followed by a sleep-in) * 7:00am – 12:30pm Main Duties: * Lead and manage residential shifts, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home * Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in line with their individual care plans * Promote a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment * Act as a role model, building positive and trusting relationships with the young people * Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews * Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies involved in the child’s care Essential Criteria: * Relevant children’s/health and social care qualification * Proven experience in a children’s residential care setting * Demonstrated ability to lead shifts confidently and effectively * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to respond to challenging behaviours with resilience and professionalism If your skills match the above criteria, please apply with your updated CV today
