Day-to-day of the role:
* Support learning within the classroom across the primary age range.
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce core subjects.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
* Support pupils during lunchtimes, playtimes, and school activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with children in a primary setting is desirable.
* Reliable, proactive, and confident approach.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
