A creative and community-focused secondary school in Shropshire is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Drama to join its Creative Arts department from January 2026.

The Role
You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, delivering practical and theory-based lessons that engage students and encourage collaboration. You will be supported in managing performance spaces and developing clear routines for practical learning.
You will:

* Support school productions and enrichment activities
