Job Title: Nursing Home Manager Location: Essex Salary: £65,000 per annum bonus We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing care home in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking care provider that places both residents and staff at the heart of everything we do. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a high-performing team including Clinical Leads and wider care staff. Drive the delivery of exceptional standards in clinical care, compliance, and governance. Collaborate with the Operations Team and Deputy Manager to maintain excellent service provision. Manage risk and ensure full compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Support recruitment, development, training, and performance management of staff. Monitor clinical standards through regular audits, reviews, and supervision. Represent the home positively within the community and regulatory bodies.Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential and/or nursing care home. Strong background in elderly and dementia care. RGN qualification and active NMC pin preferred but not essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
