Permanent Vet – Manor Vets, Shirley
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE). Welcome bonus up to £5,000 (pro rata). Relocation allowance up to £5,000.
At Manor Vets, part of the Inspire Vet Care network, we recruit veterinary surgeons to deliver high‑standard patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. You will work collaboratively with the practice team, develop clinical skills, share knowledge, and contribute positively to the practice’s clinical culture.
Work‑life balance: The full‑time role involves 40 hours per week (four days per week) with a shared Saturday morning rota. There are no out‑of‑hours or on‑call duties required. The company values flexible rota patterns for both full‑time and part‑time roles.
Qualifications
* A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS.
* Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive approach to learning, openness to feedback and development.
* Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
