Job Title: Multi trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Eastleigh
Salary: £37,500
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
My client is a leading housing association looking for an experienced social housing Multi trader to work on their properties in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. Van and fuel card included.
Duties will include:
* Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc.
* Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
* Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations
* Ensure work is completed on time
* To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for jobs
* Available to cover over time works when needed
* Complete and maintain paperwork accurately
Requirements:
* Wide variety of Multi Trade experience
* Strong Plumbing and Carpentry skills
* Experience working on void properties
* Social housing/High volume works experience
* UK Driving licence
