The Role
You will help deliver and support lessons within Personal Development and Health & Social Care, enabling students to build essential skills that prepare them for real-life challenges and their transition into adulthood.
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
* Delivering prepared lessons with confidence and enthusiasm
* Supporting teaching across PSHE, Health & Social Care and wider personal development topics
* Creating a safe, structured and inclusive classroom
* Encouraging emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive behaviour
* Ensuring all students are engaged and supported throughout lessons
* Working collaboratively with teachers, mentors and school leaders
Whether you join in a teaching or supervising capacity, you will play a meaningful role in students’ academic and personal progress during an important phase of the school year.
