Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am -11:00am

About the Mechanical Technician:
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-focused Mechanical Technician to join a dynamic and fast-paced workshop team. This hands-on role involves assembling, testing, and preparing technical products for dispatch, ensuring they meet both customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Technician:
* Assemble and disassemble products following workshop guidelines.
* Conduct component and assembly testing, ensuring accurate documentation of results.
* Maintain work orders and complete relevant test records.
* Assist with quality control checks and manage component picking and issuing.
* Allocate and track product identification numbers.
* Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying against packing lists.
* Pack, label, and dispatch products using internal IT systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience in a workshop, production, or assembly setting.
* High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
* Organised with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
* Confident using IT systems for inventory and dispatch processes.
* Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
