Full-Time General Operatives Required
We are currently recruiting General Operatives on behalf of our Client to join a busy manufacturing environment. These roles offer long-term opportunities with the potential to move from temporary to permanent employment.
Pay Rate: £15.07 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and become part of a growing and supportive production team. You will be involved in the manufacture of high-quality uPVC windows and doors, working with both recycled and new materials. A strong focus is placed on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will vary depending on the department but will typically include:
6. Being present and ready at your workstation at the start of each shift, maintaining reliable attendance
7. Following production processes and procedures accurately
8. Adhering fully to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
9. Identifying faults or errors and taking appropriate corrective action
10. Reporting machinery or product issues to the production supervisor
11. Carrying out tasks competently once fully trained and signed off
12. Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
13. Communicating effectively with team leaders at all times
14. Demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
15. Representing the business professionally at all times
16. Complying strictly with all Health and Safety requirements, including the correct use of PPE
17. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by management
