This is a hybrid role offering a mix of site-based surveys, office collaboration, and home working. Key Responsibilities As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will: Conduct detailed stock condition surveys, RdSAP energy assessments, and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections across the housing portfolio. Use mobile technology to collect and validate property data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
