Welcome to TBS, a global business supplying fasteners and components to the automotive industry since 1975.

Already located in UK, with offices in Czech, Spain, Romania, and India, and now with new headquarters, warehouse, and operations, in Rotterdam.

We are advertising this exciting full-time position based in our Yarm business development office where we handle all R&D and NPI and manage the sales for the business.

The role needs a pro-active, can-do person, able to be flexible within a go-ahead team, in a successful and growing company.

This is what you are going to do:

The EA facilitates the most efficient and effective route for business development projects within the R&D, NPI and sales office, working closely with the directors to assist in all such tasks relating to business growth.


The range of tasks includes:

Setting up, leading and executing projects within our ERP system (Odoo)

Taking a lead position in the office environment

Handling unpredicted business challenges as the business grows

Maintaining and preparing various reports

Taking care of varied administrative tasks for the directors

You will actively commit yourself to fulfilling tasks and assignments

You are used to working independently, but also work well in a global team

You enjoy people, you have a welcoming attitude towards customer care


This is what we offer:

A competitive salary £35,000 - £42,000 experience dependant

Permanent contract employment
