The Role
This is a senior new-business Account Director position within a well-established UK technology and managed services provider. You’ll be responsible for winning, developing, and expanding a small number of corporate accounts, combining hunter-led activity with long-term strategic relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Win new corporate customers within the 2,000–10,000 employee segment
* Develop and expand a small number of low-spend accounts
* Build multi-threaded relationships across IT, procurement and leadership
* Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across managed services and solutions
* Own forecasting, pipeline management and account planning
* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape customer solutions
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Account Director / Senior Account Manager experience in the IT channel
* Background in VAR or MSP environments
* Strong hunter mentality with disciplined pipeline creation
* Experience selling into mid‑market / corporate organisations
Advantageous
* Managed services sales exposure
* Experience running structured account plans and QBRs
Package
* Base salary up to £75,000
* Commission: 14% on managed services
* Paid on everything you sell
* Hybrid working: minimum 2 days per week in Reading or Leatherhead (London alternative available)
