1. JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: The role is to lead Supply Chain transition during the mobilisation and post-mobilisation 'hypercare' of a multi-software platform for a new UK Facilities Management Integrator (FMI) contract for KBR Government Services (GS EMEA). It requires excellent project management skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage suppliers through operational transition, considering different current states, capabilities, and resource bandwidths.

Location: Remote/peripatetic with some time at KBR Leatherhead site and Authority Supply Chain locations around England
2. Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
* Hold, have held, or eligible to apply for security clearance to BPSS and CTC (if required)
* A Full, Clean Driving Licence
* Certification in Agile PM
Experience and Skills:
* Managed large-scale supply chain transitions to fixed deadlines, including data migration, testing, training, and support
* Proficient in stakeholder management, especially incentivising supply chain to meet deadlines
* Self-starter with initiative, flexibility, and escalation awareness
* Ability to establish trusting relationships and avoid micro-management
* Proficient in Smartsheet for planning and resource management
* Experience in governance, managing scope, change, and balancing client needs with profit protection
* Excellent communication skills across various formats and forums
* In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software development, and hardware architecture
* Experience delivering system interfaces, especially APIs
* Ability to influence and explain systems to non-IT audiences
* Experience mobilising new contracts to fixed service start dates
* Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Teams
* Knowledge of Facilities Management industry
* Experience delivering projects for public sector clients
3. Core Responsibilities and Duties
Within the mobilisation team, the Supply Chain Transition Lead will:
* Create and own the Supply Chain Strategy and approach, considering current and future states, training, data migration, testing, and hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition to BAU.
* Design the transition plan, ensuring resources, dependencies, and deliverability.
* Deliver the plan, manage governance, transition tasks, milestones, and collaborate with mobilisation team members.
* Manage post-mobilisation hypercare, snagging, and supplier exit criteria.
* Define and baseline the future transition plan.
* Maintain transition deliverables with strict change control.
* Depending on procurement timelines, deliver post-mobilisation transition, onboarding, and offboarding of suppliers.
* Store all transition products centrally and migrate to enduring sites as applicable.
