The Income Supervisor / Sales Ledger Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of income management and control for our business. Supervising the daily activities of the Sales Ledger team, you will ensure that revenue is correctly process and recorded. The Role: Ensuring village standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to by all Completing control account reconciliations Attending billing clinics to discuss queries directly with residents Managing the ‘billing inbox’ to support with query management Working with the Village Manager (and teams) to help minimise resident arrears Ensuring income is recorded correctly Taking responsibility for card machines Issuing resident invoices and statements as required Actioning collection of direct debits Responding to sales team and solicitor requests for resales information Ensuring integrity of EPOS F&B recharges Ensuring integrity of Mabdeck utility recharges Supervising day to day activities of the Sales Ledger Administrators Carrying out adhoc resident requests / clarification of charges Key Requirements: Previous experience working for a multi-site business with a group reporting structure, would be ideal Sound knowledge of income management, perhaps within a managerial, standalone or team leading capacity Understanding of service charge would be ideal Great systems experience and a confident user of MS Excel AAT qualified, or qualified by experience in similar role.
