FIELD SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – Milton Keynes & Northampton £35K–£37K basic car allowance uncapped commission (OTE £60K Year 1) You’ll need to live on patch - we’re looking for local knowledge and presence. We’re on the hunt for a self-starter who knows how to build relationships, spot new opportunities and isn’t afraid of some good old-fashioned door knocking. Think of this as your territory – your mission is to grow the footprint among SMEs by nurturing existing accounts and generating new ones. You’ll be supported by a rockstar telesales team feeding you leads, and mentored by a multiple award-winning sales coach (we’re not kidding – they bagged Sales Trainer of the Year 2024). Who are we looking for? Someone who thrives in face-to-face sales. You’ve ideally sold into independent businesses – maybe in hygiene, security, payment solutions, office equipment, laundry, or similar sectors. If youve walked into a shop, asked for the decision maker, and pitched your product – we want you.
