I'm working with a well known Retail Group in Lancashire who need a sole counsel for an initial period of 6 months, with a possibility of extension. The role will involve:
Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and novations
* Supplier/vendor contracts
* Procurement agreements
* IPO and transfer work into US based entity
As this is a standalone role we're looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to work independently and operate at pace.
The role will be 3 days per week in the office and 2 from home.
