The Role
We’re looking for confident, empathetic, and proactive individuals who can:
1. Support students with behavioural, emotional, or social needs
2. Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
3. Build positive relationships and act as a role model
4. Work closely with pastoral teams, SENCOs, and safeguarding leads
5. Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive school environment
6. De-escalate situations and provide positive behaviour strategies

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
13. Experience working with young people (school, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, care)
14. Strong communication and behaviour management skills
15. The ability to stay calm under pressure
16. A patient and nurturing approach
17. A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
