Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION · Prepare month-end & year-end closing journals · Compile financial reports for management in accordance to policies & procedures · Ensure bank sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely and accurate manner · Check daily bank statements for abnormalities · Prepare quarterly GST submission · Manage Corporate tax compilation and submission, ensure accurate payment is made · Attend to Corporate queries and requests · Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedures Team Management · Interview, select and recruit direct reports · Identify and develop team members with potential · Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise · Constantly monitor team members performance, attitude and degree of professionalism · Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees · Develop, conduct and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business Qualifications · Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations · A team player & builder · A motivator & self-starter · Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
