The Role
You'll play a key role within the bodyshop, delivering right-first-time repairs to manufacturer standards while supporting the wider team.
Key responsibilities include:
Strip & refit vehicles in line with job cards
Carry out mechanical, electrical & diagnostic work
Replace components and panels to manufacturer specifications
Ensure correct parts and repair methods are used
Complete QC checks and final sign-off
Support and mentor junior technicians
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in an MET / Bodyshop role
NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Proactive, team-focused attitude What's On Offer
